Ranch weddings put you further out than that. Our mobile coffee bike is fully self-contained, with no outlet, no water hookup, and no generator, so none of that is your problem.

Timing is where a coffee bar earns its keep at a wedding here. High desert evenings drop fast, even in July, and a reception that starts at four is running cold and long by nine. An espresso bar during dessert keeps guests on the dance floor instead of in their cars. We work with you and your planner on the details: a signature drink named after the two of you, a hand lettered menu board that matches your invitations, barista attire coordinated to your palette, and a full menu of espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, cold brew, chai, matcha, hot chocolate, and Italian sodas for guests who do not drink coffee. Most couples book a two to three hour window. We coordinate load-in directly with your venue and day of coordinator so nobody has to think about us on the day.
